We are based out of the Folger Home, an historic landmark on the shores of Lake Erie.  Built by Thomas Folger for his family in 1902, it later became Avon Lake's seat of government and a community center.  Restored and renovated, it is used for programs and cultural events, is available for tours (by appointment) and also rented for private meetings and events.

Many of Avon Lake's historical books, documents, photos and artifacts can be seen in the Avon Lake Public Library's Maybelle Arnold North Coast Room.  Photographs, maps, artifacts are on display in the McMahan Room on the lower level.
