From prehistoric dinosaurs and sparkling rare gems to captivating live animals and distant planets, The Cleveland Museum of Natural History allows visitors to explore the Earth and beyond. Take a virtual trip through the Universe in our Shafran Planetarium. Stand under awe-inspiring dinosaur skeletons as impressive casts of T. rex and Triceratops face off in our dinosaur hall. Meet an amazingly lifelike “Lucy,” one of the world’s oldest human ancestors, in a newly renovated and expanded Human Origins Gallery. See the famous hero dog Balto and tour our 2.2-acre outdoor Perkins Wildlife Center & Woods Garden to encounter live native Ohio animals.
