Cleveland Grays’ Armory Museum is dedicated to preserving the military history of Northeast Ohio.  The Armory was built in 1893 and is one of the oldest privately-owned armories in the U.S.  The CGAM’s mission is to preserve the Armory in its Victorian splendor, continue to grow the collection, support the men and women in the military and provide educational programs and tours to the public. The Armory is a designated Cleveland Landmark on the National Register of Historic Places. Tours focus on the service history of the Cleveland Grays as a militia company and the Armory’s place in Cleveland history.  Programs highlight a variety of historical topics.
