The location is open for special events and programming year round, with an extended summer season, June – August, We.-Su. 10:00AM-5:00PM & September – October, Sa. & Su.10:00AM-5:00PM. 

Hale Farm & Village, a living history museum of the Western Reserve Historical Society, is located on 90 acres adjacent to the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The site is home to 32 historic structures, farm animals, heritage gardens, and early American craft and trade demonstrations. The sites InHale initiative blends history with current themes of wellness, sustainability and entrepreneurship. During the summer a variety of InHale experiences are demonstrated including; glassblowing, pottery, blacksmithing, historic farm life, gardening and local history. Hale Farm & Village is known regionally for its annual Civil War Reenactment in August, Made In Ohio arts and crafts festival in September, as well as seasonal Maple Sugar and Harvest Festival events.
